Multi Award Winning Adam Brand’s album Life’s Been Good to Me has been labelled by critics as “his best and most positive work yet”. Produced by Luke Wooten, Adam worked with new songwriters to create the 10-track album.
Freakin’ Weekend is the third single from the album and follow up to the album’s title track Life’s Been Good to Me.
Adam is one of Australia’s most popular and successful recording artists. His stellar career has seen him nominated for multiple ARIA Awards, win 12 Golden Guitars, sell over half a million CDs and DVDs, as well as earn three platinum and five gold albums. A fan favourite, he has won a record seven CMC OZ Artist of the Year awards.
Adam is a charismatic male artist originally from the suburbs of Perth. His songs resonate as much with people from the suburbs as they do with those from regional and rural Australia. The key to his popularity is that he conjures up different feelings in different people and these feelings remain with listeners long after the last note. These listeners then become loyal life-long fans.
While Adam has always worn his heart on his sleeve, he is also ever ready to extend a helping hand. In 2012, he lent his single I Was Here to the Salvation Army’s Christmas Appeal. Among other such worthy causes, he has been an active supporter of Westmead Children’s Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital Gold Foundation and The Salvos.
