Third Time Lucky is the third track lifted from the forthcoming EP from country-pop’s Taylor Moss. The Toyota Star Maker Finalist and established touring artist penned Third Time Lucky with Aussie song writing stalwart, Matt Scullion. It’s all about how things seem to come in threes. Life is full of them. They say you fall in love three times, life’s tragedies come in threes, as do the wins. In this case it poses the question, do you need three tries at finding that person before you get there? Is everyone’s love life perfect that third time around? Time will tell.
Last year Taylor renewed her partnership with Golden Guitar-winning producer Matt Fell to produce her most polished music to date, with the first two singles, Take It From Me and Let Me Be receiving tremendous support.
Born in the sleepy NSW seaside town of Ulladulla, Taylor now calls Queensland’s Sunshine Coast home.
Taylor first entered a recording studio at the tender age of 15. She took out first place in the Urban Country Music Festival event’s talent quest in 2012. After a couple of years continuing to hone her craft, she continued her ascent when she was announced as a finalist in the prestigious 2015 Toyota Star Maker competition at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
On the back of this achievement, she toured extensively for 12 months before teaming up with Golden Guitar-winning producer Matt and set her sights on a serious career as a professional recording artist. In late 2017 she released new music independently that turned heads and pricked up ears around Australia, opening many doors that included a support spot with Jimmy Barnes and performances at The Gympie Music Muster and a return to Tamworth.
